Mudiad Meithrin is offering a £1,000 scholarship to prospective students at Welsh universities that intend to study for a Masters degree through the medium of Welsh in a discipline that is relevant to the charity’s work.
Every scholarship candidate is required to provide evidence they have been offered a place to study for a Masters degree by the relevant university as part of the application.
The successful applicant will have to provide a blog (for publication) to Mudiad Meithrin on the findings of the research at least once during the study year.
Half the scholarship will be paid at the start of the scholarship with the other half being paid at the end.
Mudiad Meithrin Chief Executive, Dr Gwenllian Lansdown Davies, said:
“We are delighted that we can offer a scholarship of £1,000 to students who intend to study for a Masters degree through the medium of Welsh in a subject that is relevant to Mudiad Meithrin’s work. I eagerly look forward to receiving a host of applications before the end of July!”
